Bridge the Gap Between Breakthrough and Embodiment

A multidimensional integration training for therapists, coaches, and spaceholders ready to turn transformation into a way of life—for themselves and those they serve.

Today, more and more people are awakening through powerful modalities—transformational coaching, breathwork, plant medicine, energy healing, spiritual teachings.
These sacred tools, once hidden or distant, are now within reach.

No matter which transformative or spiritual doorway we enter through—
whether it’s a jungle in Peru, a training in somatics or a deep coaching experience— we all eventually end up in the same room.

And in that room, the question is always the same:

How do I live this?
How do I carry what I’ve seen, what I’ve healed, what I’ve remembered—
into my relationships, my work, my body, my daily life?

As a therapist, coach, guide, or practitioner—you already know this path.
You’ve held others through breakthroughs. You’ve walked through your own.
And at some point, this question begins to rise:

How do we help others not just touch transformation—but truly embody it?

This is where many of us meet the edge of our training.
Where the modalities we love start to feel incomplete.

This is where the work of integration begins.

True Integration Requires Four Sacred Dimensions

True integration is not linear—and it is never one-dimensional.
It is a layered, embodied, and ongoing process that unfolds across four core dimensions:
physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Each dimension meets a different part of us.

Lasting transformation asks us to move through all four—not all at once, but with care, clarity, and guidance.

That’s why we’ve invited four teachers, each rooted in a different lineage, to lead us through one of these sacred dimensions—
starting with the one that holds all the others:

The Physical Dimension of Integration, guided by Natasha Giraudie.

THE PHYSICAL DIMENSION

Taught by Natasha Giraudie.

In this six-week immersion, Natasha Giraudie guides you through daily meditations to deepen your connection with the Earth and your body. Each practice will help you create more space, calm, and peace, grounding you in the present moment.

Natasha's teachings draw from her deep lineage of global wisdom keepers, including her time spent alongside His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hanh, and Indigenous elders from the Americas. These experiences have shaped her ability to hold space for others through embodied presence, grounded in the Earth’s wisdom.

Why is this important for integration and facilitation?

Integration requires grounded embodiment—without it, transformation can’t take root. As a facilitator, you need the capacity to remain calm, present, and steady in intense moments. Natasha’s guidance helps you develop the deep inner stillness needed to guide others through their own transformation. Her practices help you embody the wisdom of the Earth, enabling you to facilitate with clarity, compassion, and integrity.

THE MENTAL DIMENSION

Guided by Satya Linda Grace

The Mental Dimension of Integration invites us to form a sacred partnership with the mind—not to control or silence it, but to understand and nurture it as an ally in transformation. This space teaches us that the mind is not a barrier to the sacred, but a bridge.

Guided by Satya Linda Grace, with over 30 years of experience in plant medicine facilitation and integration, you will learn to offer the mind clarity, structure, and care during profound transformation. This dimension equips you with the tools and facilitation skills to support mental clarity and integration, helping others process and evolve.

Satya’s teachings guide you to:

  • Befriend the mind as part of the integration process, inviting clarity and coherence.

  • Practice energetic hygiene to stay grounded and clear.

  • Provide structure in 1-on-1 and group settings, helping others find meaning and spaciousness.

  • Use embodied tools and practices for effective integration.

  • Sustain your own clarity through self-care practices that prevent burnout.

Here, mental clarity becomes care, thought and breath become allies, and transformation moves from concept to embodiment.

THE EMOTIONAL DIMENSION

Guided by Dr. Esteban Botero Mejía

The Emotional Dimension of Integration helps us navigate emotional energy—grief, joy, anger, fear, and tenderness—during transformational work. It’s not just about feeling, but learning to hold, guide, and protect the space where emotions move without becoming overwhelmed.

Dr. Esteban Botero Mejía, with over 15 years of experience in clinical psychology and Indigenous healing, teaches us to work skillfully with emotional energy. He integrates trauma-informed care with ancestral practices, providing a framework for supporting emotional processing and recognizing when professional psychological support is needed.

In this dimension, you’ll learn to:

  • Facilitate emotional integration using both psychological insight and Indigenous practices.

  • Discern the line between therapy and integration, knowing when to refer.

  • Protect the emotional field, avoiding energetic entanglement.

  • Support clients in processing ancestral and multi-generational trauma safely.

  • Hold emotional presence, allowing clients to feel deeply without losing safety.

The Emotional Dimension shapes the way we meet pain, ensuring the heart remains central to the healing process.

THE SPIRITUAL DIMENSION

Guided by David Vox

The Spiritual Dimension of Integration invites us into the realms of vision, intuition, and connection to something greater than ourselves. Spiritual experiences can be profound, yet without integration, they may remain abstract, ungrounded, or isolating.

This dimension teaches us how to anchor spiritual insight into daily life. We don’t just receive visions—we must walk with them, speak from them, and live them. Spiritual integration requires both internal space and external structure to embody what we’ve experienced.

David Vox blends years of facilitation with plant medicine, energy work, and transformational leadership. In this phase, you’ll explore how to create spiritual containers, guide others through awakenings, and remain rooted as you facilitate moments of profound spiritual growth.

In this dimension, you’ll learn to:

  • Integrate spiritual insights into your body, voice, and actions, ensuring they are lived and embodied.

  • Work responsibly with spiritual energy, balancing giving and receiving, while protecting your field in service.

  • Facilitate transformative rituals, helping others embody their spiritual breakthroughs.

  • Cultivate spiritual leadership, serving from a place of integrity, humility, and embodied truth.

The Spiritual Dimension ensures that our deepest insights don’t stay abstract—it brings them into the body, the present moment, and the relationships we serve.
